During your stay
Upon the start of the lessons, it is necessary to sign in on the Moodle e-learning platform for each of the chosen courses. Information on how to sign in will be provided by the professors during the first lesson. Course materials and information will be published and updated regularly on the Moodle platform.
Students should check the class schedule of each course, which should be available about 2 weeks before the start of classes.
In order to complete the enrolment in an exam session, it is necessary to fill in the study plan in Uniweb.
Students must complete this step when they are sure of the courses they will attend during the mobility.
The study plan will allow you to add the courses to the online booklet in Uniweb. The compilation of the study plan is mandatory and must be done before taking the exams. If the courses are not included in the Uniweb booklet, it will not be possible to book for exams and record grades.
The procedure is described in detail in the "Guide for filling in the Study Piano" available below. It is recommended to follow the step-by-step instructions to avoid mistakes.
Before being able to take an exam, students must book for the exam session in Uniweb during the booking period .
Students can register for the exam session only after filling in the Study Piano on Uniweb and only during the booking period.
In case of non-enrolment on Uniweb, the professor will not be able to record the grade on the student's Online Booklet and, consequently, the exam will not appear in the final Transcript of Records.
It is advisable to follow the guide "How to register for the exams" (available below), which explains the booking procedure for the exams.
Once the exam has been passed, the student has the possibility to refuse the grade obtained within 7 days of the publication of the results. For more information, students can consult the guide "How to refuse the grade" available below.
Students are invited to constantly check their @studenti.unipd.it email account during the exam session. In case of difficulties while booking exam sessions, you should immediately contact:
- the International Office (erasmus.incoming@unipd.it ) or
- the International Office desks at the University Schools and Departments
During your mobility period, you will have the opportunity to make changes to your Learning Agreement. If your home university is not connected to the Erasmus Without Paper platform, please use the PDF form and upload your request to the Mobility Online portal under the 'During the stay' section. If you are connected to EWP, please modify your current digital Learning Agreement instead of submitting a new one.
For KA131, ARQUS, SEMP, SEN Coimbra Group and UK University students only
Durante of the stay, it is possible to extend the mobility period through the following procedure:
1. Log in to Mobility Online (www.unipd.it/mobilityonline) using your Unipd credentials.
2. Go to the "Extension of stay" section and download the extension request form (if you do not already have one, you can use the form provided by your home university)
3. Sign the form and have it signed by your home university
4. Upload the signed form to Mobility Online (www.unipd.it/mobilityonline) – in the "Extension of stay" section to obtain the signature from Unipd.
5. Once signed, the form with the extension confirmation is sent by email.
Notice: Students staying at a university residence managed by SASSA cannot extend the accommodation contract, because the rooms are already assigned to other students arriving in the following semester. In the case of an extension, you must leave the residence room by the established date and look for private accommodation independently.
Students with non-European citizenship must make sure that they comply with Italian immigration law and check with the Mobility Department if it is necessary to follow further procedures related to their stay in Italy.
