KA131: Erasmus+ for Study with the "Programme Countries" i.e. the EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

Students must fill in the mandatory final questionnaire on their stay in Padua, by clicking on the link they receive by email.

After completing it, they must save the confirmation email and upload it to the "End of the Mobility" section of the Mobility Online portal.

KA171: Erasmus+ for Study with "Partner Countries" (all other countries in the world)

Towards the end of the mobility period, students have to fill in 2 final questionnaires: one is sent by email from erasmus.incoming@unipd.it, the other is sent by email from the European Commission, which funds the Erasmus syllabus.

Both questionnaires are mandatory. After completing them, it is necessary to save the email confirming the compilation and upload it to the "Certificate of Departure" form (see step 2).

To receive the Certificate of Attendance, students must apply for it on Mobility Online, accessing the platform with their Unipd credentials and following the steps in the "End of the mobility" section . If the buttons relating to the Certificate of Departure are not active, it means that there are still some previous steps that need to be completed.

It is necessary to fill in the date of departure from Padua, upload the receipt of completion of the final questionnaire (see step 1) and upload the ticket/travel document.

The ticket / travel document can be any document certifying the departure from Padua (boarding pass, train or bus ticket, motorway toll receipt, etc-). The date on the ticket is considered the end date of the Erasmus mobility.

In any case, it is not possible to certify as the end of the mobility a date after the end of the semester (for example, if the semester ends on 22 July and the return ticket shows the date of 1 August, the end of the mobility will still be on 22 July).

If leaving after the end of the semester is justified by academic activities, you must write to erasmus.incoming@unipd.it

If the home university requires that you sign your own model of the Departure Certificate, you must upload the file to Mobility Online at the time of the request (only word or pdf formats are accepted).

The certificate attesting to the Erasmus mobility period in Padua will be sent exclusively by email.

To complete the request correctly, click on: "Click here to request the certificate of attendance to be signed by Unipd and to confirm that you have finished your mobility at Unipd". If you do not complete this last step, the request is not received correctly by the office.

To request the certification of the exams taken (Transcript of Records), students must first wait for all the exam results to be recorded on the Uniweb booklet and only then can they submit the request online

The request must be completed on Mobility Online, by accessing the platform with your Unipd credentials and following the steps in the "End of the mobility" section . If the buttons relating to the Certificate of Departure are not active, it means that there are still some previous steps that need to be completed.

The Transcript of Records will be emailed  to your home university within approximately 2-4 weeks after submitting your online application. If you wish to receive the document at your personal email address, a stamp duty of €16 is required. In this case, you must follow the certificate request procedure described here.

Thesis: anyone who has carried out dissertation research must ask their supervisor at Unipd to fill in and sign the document "Short evaluation report for thesis work". The downloadable template is available below. When the document is signed, it must be uploaded to the Mobility Online portal in the end-of-stay section

The Mobility Sector will verify the document and ask the Student Careers Office to record the credits on the booklet in Uniweb. The possible options for registering credits are: 6, 12, 18, 24 or 30 ECTS. It is not possible to choose a different number of credits, because the dissertation can only be recorded among these fixed options.

It is not possible to discuss the degree dissertation at Unipd, because the degree is not obtained in Padua, but at one's university of origin. At Unipd it is only possible to carry out dissertation research activities (which can also include laboratory activities).

Laboratory, traineeship, seminars, partial exams (modules): since these activities cannot be recorded in the online booklet on Uniweb and cannot be included in the Transcript of records, it is necessary to request a certificate/declaration directly from the lecturer responsible for these activities (only for the School of Medicine and Surgery: you do not have to contact the lecturer, but the Erasmus Office of the School: international.medicinachirurgia@unipd.it).
