The University during the Christmas holidays

The work, published in "Scientific Reports," describes the mechanism of action between antiviral drugs and the main protease of SARS-CoV-2. The study, published by University of Padua scientists, will make it possible to accelerate the process of identifying new chemical structures with better therapeutic efficacy.

Unipd’s New Cyber Security Laboratory

As part of The Interuniversity Research Center for Computer Platform Engineering (CIPI), The University of Padua along with the University of Genoa and the University of Sassari have signed an agreement with Gruppo SIGLA for the creation of a joint laboratory focusing on cyber-security, with Professor Mauro Migliardi from the University of Padua as Scientific Director.
