Self-help resources
To manage mild psychological issues, self-help resources can be utilised, which we provide here for students who feel they need them. These resources are not produced by the Unist-Health partnership, but they are valid and use evidence-based approaches.
Self-help resources are sometimes sufficient to resolve the issue, and other times they are a valuable aid to the work of a psychologist or doctor, but in no case can they replace the specialist. For this reason, if you feel that these resources are not enough for you or believe that a specialist consultation might be helpful, we recommend contacting the psychological help desks of each Unist-Health university.
