Actions of the Unist-Health Project
The Unist-Health project, initiated as part of the ministerial Pro-Ben initiative, includes a series of actions aimed at monitoring and improving the psychological well-being of university students.
Specifically, it aims to:
- Monitor the well-being status of the student population, including tendencies towards addictive behaviours, through a longitudinal epidemiological study, which is essential for planning resources at national and local levels.
- Develop an Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) app to monitor anxiety and depression, with suggestions for psychological well-being.
- Optimise the psychological support services by including semi-automated triage and digital supports.
- Implement peer training to promote well-being and prevent pathological dependencies, thereby defining the role of the Psychological Health Ambassador (PHA).
- Collaborate with local health services to improve the integrated management of complex cases.
- Expand specific treatment pathways for clinical psychological issues.
