You can contact the Mobility offices in Schools or Departments for matters concerning:

• information on host institutions abroad and the criteria for drawing up merit rankings
• sending the Nomination of successful students to partner Universities
• support in completing the Learning Agreement in Uniweb
• support in completing the documents required by the partner University (Application form, Accomodation form)
• support for the recognition of activities carried out abroad

For academic matters relating to the Learning Agreement and the recognition, you must refer to the lecturer in charge of the exchange flow and to the chair of the Council of your Degree Programme or their delegate (for example: Erasmus or international mobility contact person), according to the instructions provided by your School or Department.
