Inaugurated on May 29, 1995, the installation artwork Resistenza e Liberazione by Jannis Kounellis was part of Italy’s 50th anniversary commemorating its liberation from the fascist regime, which was first declared a national holiday on April 25, 1946. Thanks to the Alberto Peruzzo Foundation, the installation artwork of Jannis Kounellis has been the subject of a careful and uncommon method of restoration.

GaudeaMUS! the Goliardicum Patavinum Museum is officially open in the atrium of Palazzo Bo and across from the charming bar. Rankings of "Italy's Best Employers 2022", published by Il Corriere della Sera, lists the University of Padua as among the best places to work in Italy. Other results include 4th place in the "Education and Research" sector and overall 18th place among four hundred companies surveyed, with a difference of only 0.33 points from first place as Italy’s Top 20 Best Employers.
