Visiting Delegations

We welcome visiting delegations from across the globe as an important opportunity to strengthen our international partnerships and promote scientific debate on topical issues.

Visiting delegations shall fill out this form to submit the request

We kindly ask to fill out the registration form at least 3 months before the suggested period of the meeting. We specify that the meeting date will be set together with the International Relations Division

Please note that invitation letters will be signed by the Head of International Relations and cannot be signed by the Rector.

The University of Padua organises:

  International meetings

High-level institutional meetings with key international delegations, to sign or renew bilateral agreements (Memorandum of Understanding).

  Padova meets

International events aimed at expanding scientific collaborations with prestigious international universities. The events are broken down into subject-related panels, and at least three Departments of our University meet a delegation of representatives of different subject areas. Having great media resonance, such events enhance the image of both our University and the city of Padua.

  Padova visits

International events that aim to consolidate academic collaborations as the international meetings and ‘Padova Meets’ do, but unlike them, this time, it is the partner university that welcomes a delegation from the University of Padua.
