“Rowing at the University” project

The “Rowing at the University” project (Remare all'Università) offers students to learn, train, and participate in rowing activities and competitions. The project includes instructions on the basics of rowing and a series of challenges against peers.

International Historical Rowing Challenge of Universities

Students of the University of Padua can participate in International Universities Boat Challenges with other Italian and international universities. The event takes place in September along the lagoons of Venice during a day of various other rowing competitions called the Venice Historical Regatta.The prestigious Historical Regatta Venice includes a water parade of colourful traditional boats and a series of competitive races held on typical regatta vessels known as galleons.

Lion Cup University Dragon Boat Championship

The city of Venice every May welcomes students of the University of Padua to participate against other Italian and international universities in the Lion Cup University Dragon Boat Championship.
