Career counseling and management of the university transcript
The different Back-Office services of the Student Office are responsible for managing the student's record book, providing advice on the administrative aspects of the student's career management, and conducting career checks to ensure compliance with ministerial regulations. They also arrange the necessary documents for the final examination's admission.
Instances regarding the management of the university record book are handled exclusively through tickets, which must be submitted by selecting the ADISS area – Educational and Student Services Area from the dedicated platform.
Request to include surplus exams
It is possible to submit a request for the inclusion of extra exams (excluded from the GPA) by opening a ticket through the dedicated platform: you need to log in with your email credentials and select Educational and Student Services Area – UNIVERSITY TRANSCRIPT MANAGEMENT > Request for the inclusion of extra exams and your School of affiliation.
The specific form (attached below) must be attached to the ticket.
Request to remove surplus exams
It is possible to request the removal of surplus exams by opening a ticket through the dedicated platform: you need to log in with your email credentials and select Academic Area and Student Services – MANAGEMENT OF UNIVERSITY RECORD BOOK > Request for removal of surplus exams and your School of affiliation.
Request to take exams ahead of future academic years
It is possible to request to take exams ahead of future academic years only if all exams from previous years have been completed and if this option has not been excluded by your study program.
For some study programs, authorization from the course president is required.

The appropriate form (attached below) must be attached to the ticket.
Request for recognition
Activities with Partner Universities
It is possible to request recognition of activities previously agreed upon with your study program and carried out at other universities partnered with the University of Padua.
You can submit a recognition request by opening a ticket through the dedicated platform: you need to log in with your email credentials and select Academic Area and Student Services – MANAGEMENT OF UNIVERSITY RECORD BOOK > Recognition of activities with partner universities.
The appropriate form in PDF/A format must be added to the ticket with all the relevant attachments.
External Language Certifications

Open Badge for course change
Students who have obtained the Open Badge certification in a previous career can receive its recognition in the event of a new enrollment.
It is possible to request recognition of the open badge for the new course of study by opening a ticket through the dedicated platform: you need to log in with your email credentials and select Teaching Area and Student Services – UNIVERSITY RECORD MANAGEMENT > Open badge recognition for course change and the relevant School

For some Schools or Departments, students can request the recognition of certain specific activities.
