Two online video lessons supporting physical exercise:
- a workout routine without the need of specific equipment;
- a workout routine focusing on cardiovascular exercise and leg muscles.
Qi Gong (Tao Yoga), Tai Chi Chuan, and Yoga Video Lessons
The University offers video lessons for participants to learn more and practice the disciplines of Qi Gong, Tai Chi Chuan, and Yoga from the comfort of home. The series of video lessons are an opportunity for participants to dedicate time for themselves, thus improving and supporting one's personal physical and psychological wellness.
MUOVITID-19 Project
The Muovitid-19 (Move-it 19) research study investigates the effects and lifestyle changes due to the health emergency. The study focuses on changes in physical exercise and psychological wellness.
The study aims to understand if participating in online physical activity programs lead to psychological benefits.
