Unipd 4 Ukraine
The University of Padova, following the evolution of the facts relating to the ongoing war in Ukraine, intends to support Ukrainian citizens through various dedicated activities:
The Help Ukraine Project has been structured in the awareness that future students from Ukraine interested in enrolling at the University of Padova, are bearers of needs and requirements and that therefore the reception and inclusion, to be truly such and complete, must be able to provide assistance (support) in different areas. To this end, a detailed questionnaire (Welcome Form) has been created that students will have to fill out in advance, thus allowing the Group to understand and provide assistance in all possible organizational needs.
The topics involved, and therefore the matching, are carried out in the following areas: Welcome, Books, Teaching, Housing, Financial.
Interested students can be involved in the project in the following way:
Are you a Ukrainian student who has just arrived or are you thinking of reaching Padova? Do you know Ukrainian students who would like to enrol at our University? Write to: welcome.gsvpadova.helpukraine@gmail.com
Donors are involved in the project according to the following scheme:
Are you a Unipd student and would like to donate your old books to a student arriving from Ukraine? Are you a professor and would like to donate some copies of your new book to Ukrainian students? Write to: books.gsvpadova.helpukraine@gmail.com

The Board of Directors, following the motion of solidarity with the Ukrainian people approved by the Academic Senate, approved urgent and extraordinary interventions for students residing in Ukraine currently enrolled for the academic year 2021/2022. Among the interventions is the exemption from the payment of the third installment of the all-inclusive contribution.
Extraordinary interventions for Russian and Belarusian students are also included in the Unipd plan; For them, the payment of the third instalment is expected to be postponed to 30 June 2022. Should the situation of international crisis persist beyond this date, there is the possibility, upon request, of suspension of payment with the abolition of late payment delays in such a way as to allow the normal continuation of the course of study, it being understood that in order to obtain the qualification it is mandatory to regularize the contribution situation.
