Services

To take advantage of the various economic benefits, such as tuition fee reductions, regional scholarships, collaborations for students, exemptions and various incentives, students must follow these steps:

The ISEE is the indicator that summarizes the economic and patrimonial situation taking into account the income, assets and number of one's family unit. The ISEE certificate can be requested electronically directly from INPS or from a Tax Assistance Center (CAF) or other competent bodies, specifying that the ISEE is required for subsidized services for the right to university education.

The family unit of the person requesting the benefits is integrated with that of the parents when both of the following conditions are not met:
- residence outside the housing unit of the family of origin, for at least two years from the date of submission of the single substitute declaration (DSU), in accommodation not owned by one of its members;
- income from employment or similar tax-declared, for at least two years, not less than 9,000 euros.

The ISEE certificate is not considered:
- if it reports omissions/discrepancies reported by INPS, not remedied;
- if it is not requested for subsidized benefits for the right to university education.

International students must apply for the ISEE parificato, if:

  • are resident abroad (registered or not with AIRE);
  • are resident in Italy, with an annual income from work of less than € 9,000 and with a family residing abroad

The ISEE parificato is an official certificate that indicates the economic situation in a given year on the basis of family status, income and assets. It is advisable to start the procedure as soon as possible, as it may take several months to collect the information and documents relating to personal and family income and assets, and then have them translated and legalized.

The calculation of the ISEE parificato is free of charge and must be requested exclusively at the Caf affiliated with the University and the ESU:

The request for subsidies is available in your reserved area of Uniweb under "Right to study, disability/dyslexia certifications, summer courses"

The economic benefits that can be requested are:
- regional scholarship;

- student collaborations (200 hours).

The reduction of the contribution based on the acquisition of one's ISEEU (computerized procedure confirmed by the receipt of a specific e-mail) takes place within 48 hours.
It will then be possible to view the amounts of the recalculated instalments with respect to the full amount, in the Uniweb section (Right to Education - > Tuition Fee) by clicking on the invoice numbers present (the regularity of the payment is indicated by the green dots).

The deadlines for completing these steps are:
30 September 2025 for applications for a regional scholarship;
- on 30 November 2025 for requests for reduction of tuition fees and other forms of exemption (those who work or have family members enrolled), for student collaborations (200 hours).

Only requests for contribution reductions and other forms of exemption can be completed after the deadline of 30 November, with the payment of a contribution for late submission equal to:
