Awards announced by the University of Padua
Awards: "Sapere vivere bene" 2^edition - Deadline: September 30, 2025
Target Audience:
Candidates no older than 35 years of age at the date of publication of the call for applications, who have obtained a Master’s degree or a single-cycle Master’s degree at the University of Padua in any scientific-disciplinary field between January 1, 2024, and the application deadline, and who have developed or are developing thesis work — including interdisciplinary theses — on the topics and objectives specified in the call.
Award Type:
3 prizes will be awarded as follows:
- 1st place thesis: €2,000.00
- 2nd place thesis: €1,500.00
- rd place thesis: €1,000.00
Awards: Digital-IA - Deadline, 30-09-2025
Aimed at: women and men under 30 years of age on the date of publication of the call for applications, with a Master's degree or single-cycle Master's degree from the University of Padua in any subject area in the period between 1 January 2022 and the deadline of the call for applications, who have drawn up a thesis on the following subjects: preparatory activities for the R&D of new phytotherapeutic products; optimisation of customer service and commercial processes (placing, management, processing and dispatch of orders); management of B2B and B2C communication
Type: 1 prize in the gross amount of EUR 3,000
"Mille e una lode" Award (second or third year students only)
The University of Padova offers 1,000 merit-based awards to excellent students in each degree programme.
You are eligible for the Mille e una lode award if you are:
- enrolled at the University of Padova as a second or third year student;
- ranked in the top 3% of your class, considering the average ECTS and scores gained until August of the current academic year.
How to apply: you are not required to apply specifically for the programme, as the scholarship is assigned automatically to top students in their class.
Amount of the award: the award consists of services for a total value of euro 1,000 each. Successful students can chose among:
- funding to study abroad (or increase in your Erasmus scholarship);
- funding for curricular internships in Italy or abroad;
- funding for post-lauream internships, to start within 12 months after graduation;
- funding for tutoring (50 hours);
- benefit from a fee waiver up to a maximum amount of 1,000.00 euro.
“Mille e una lode” award can be combined with regional and mobility scholarships.
The ranking of winners will be published by October. Students are required to choose the type of merit-based scholarship via Uniweb personal area (section "iniziative") from 8 to 22 January 2024.
Students who fail to make their choice within the closing date will lose their right to the merit-based scholarship.
Awards Francesco Canella - Italian Food and Wine
The two scholarships, of € 6,000 and € 4,000 respectively, are awarded to students regularly enrolled in the academic year 2024/2025 in the second year of the Master’s Degree in Italian Food and Wine.

The two scholarships, of € 5,000.00 each, are awarded to students of any nationality who are pre-enrolled in the Master's degree course in “Computer Engineering” at the University of Padova for academic year 2025/26.

The two scholarships, of € 5,000.00 each, are awarded to students of any nationality who are pre-enrolled in the Master's degree course in “Electronic Engineering” at the University of Padova for academic year 2025/26.
