The Erasmus+ KA131 syllabus provides mobility grants to allow Padova lecturers to invite experts from community enterprises or teachers from universities in countries participating in the Programme to teach at the University of Padova. The lecturers of the European universities participating in the Programme receive contributions for incoming mobility directly from the University to which they belong. The list of countries participating in the Programme for the academic year of reference, complete with active flows with foreign institutions that have signed an inter-institutional agreement with our University, can be consulted at the bottom of the page.

Who can participate: company staff / institutions, and freelancers from countries participating in the Program at the invitation of the lecturer of Padova.

Duration of mobility: the Erasmus+ Guide provides for a minimum of one day (excluding travel) and a maximum of 60 days (excluding travel) for company/institutional staff and freelancers from countries participating in the Programme. However, the ban limits the maximum period to 14 days including travel. During the period, there is no minimum number of course units.

Contribution: calculated on the basis of the tables of the Programme. Variable according to the distance between the company and the University of Padova and the duration of the stay. If the expense actually incurred is higher than the allocated contribution, the inviting lecturer of Padova may possibly co-finance the difference.

Health care and insurance in case of intra-EU mobility, usually a basic coverage is provided by the Participant's National Health Service even during the stay in another country of the European Union (European Economic Area or Switzerland) through the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) – direct health care. In the event that the Participant considers that this coverage may not be sufficient, he/she may take out supplementary private insurance.
