Invitation of teaching staff members from Programme countries - KA131
The Erasmus+ KA131 programme provides mobility grants to enable teaching staff from Padua to invite experts from companies in Programme Countries or lecturers from universities in Programme Countries to teach at the University of Padua. Teaching staff from European universities participating in the Programme receive incoming mobility grants directly from their home University. The list of Programme Countries for the relevant academic year, including active flows with foreign institutions that have signed an inter-institutional agreement with our University, can be consulted at the bottom of the page.
Who can participate: company/organisation staff and self-employed professionals from Programme Countries, upon invitation from a lecturer from Padua.
Duration of the mobility: the Erasmus+ Guide provides for a minimum of one day (excluding travel) and a maximum of 60 days (excluding travel) for company/organisation staff and self-employed professionals from Programme Countries. However, the call limits the maximum period to 14 days including travel. During this period, no minimum number of teaching hours is required.
Grant: calculated on the basis of the Programme tables. It varies according to the distance between the company of affiliation and the University of Padua, and the length of the stay. If the actual expense incurred exceeds the grant awarded, the inviting lecturer from Padua may, where applicable, co-fund the difference.
Healthcare assistance and insurance in the case of intra-EU mobility, basic cover is usually provided by the Participant’s National Health Service during the stay in another European Union country (the European Economic Area or Switzerland) through the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) – direct healthcare assistance. If the Participant considers this cover may not be sufficient, they may take out supplementary private insurance.
