MSCA Seal of Excellence @Unipd

Also in Horizon Europe , the European Commission assigns the "Seal of Excellence – Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions" to MSCA - Postdoctoral Fellowships proposals with a score greater than or equal to the quality threshold for admission to funding, equal to 85/100, which cannot be funded due to the budget limits available on the call. 
The seal of excellence attests to the value of projects assessed as excellent in a highly competitive selection process and encourages researchers to find alternative funding from other bodies, at national, regional and local level.

The MSCA Seal of Excellence @ Unipd initiative encourages the participation of promising researchers in the Marie-Skłodowska-Curie Actions – Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA-PF) call and, for the first time in Italy, the University of Padua awards, with a special call, a grant to projects that have obtained the "Seal of Excellence – MSC Actions" choosing Unipd as the host institution for their application to the MSCA PF call, but have not been funded.

Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Actions

Horizon Europe's MSC Actions are programmes for the training and career development of researchers. In particular, the Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA-PF), individual fellowships lasting between 12 and 36 months, fund the transnational mobility of promising scientists. They replace the previous Individual Fellowships (MSCA-IF) of the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme (2014-2020).
