Erasmus Mundus Joint Master

The Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters are master's degree programmes of excellence, offered jointly by at least three universities in three different countries. The study activity takes place in at least two countries and, at the end of the course, a double, multiple or joint degree is awarded by the institutions involved. The European Commission offers prestigious scholarships to selected students.

Main features:

  • duration of one to two years (60, 90 or 120 ECTS credits);
  • offered by a consortium of European and international higher education institutions:
  • provide for the award of joint, double or multiple degrees;
  • they must already be nationally accredited at the time of submission of the application for funding;
  • offer scholarships to students from all over the world (Erasmus+ funding);
  • can accommodate visiting scholars and professors, always with Erasmus+ funding.

For detailed information (admission requirements, how to apply, amount of scholarships, etc.) please refer to the specific website of each Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters course.

As for the other Erasmus+ projects, the International Relations Area provides advice and support to professors interested in creating an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree, by submitting their application to the European Commission.
