International Degree Programmes - Procedures for incoming students
Students participating in an international degree programme leading to a double, multiple or joint degree (including Erasmus Mundus courses) are appointed directly by their home university or by the Coordinator of the international degree course.
Candidates who wish to enrol in an international pathway must apply at their home institution or through the Course Coordinator (e.g. for Erasmus Mundus courses and joint programmes).
As soon as the University of Padova receives the list of students participating in an international course ("nominations"), the Mobility Unit contacts them directly to provide instructions on the next steps to follow for enrolment.
Students of international courses who also benefit from an Erasmus+ scholarship or other mobility grant, must follow these procedures, and not those provided for standard Erasmus+ students.
Nomination of students by partner universities:
- 30 April for the first semester and the entire academic year
- 15 October for the second semester
Nominations must be sent by email to: mobility.in@unipd.it
Application form deadline:
- 15 June for the first semester and the entire academic year
- 15 November for the second semester
Housing application:
Students will be personally invited by email to fill out the online form to request accommodation in the months of May and November.
