Contribution refund request

University fees (including pre-enrolment fees) are normally non-refundable, even if the student has not attended any educational activities.

However, students can request a contribution refund in the event of double payments or payments not due.

Specific refunds are also available as indicated in the summary table

  How to apply

Refund requests must be submitted to the Student Services Office via the form below, which can be delivered personally or sent, together with a photocopy of an identity document, by fax, email, or mail to the addresses provided.

It is always necessary to attach a photocopy of the payment receipt for which the refund is requested.

All payments of more than € 1,000 (L.D. 201/2011) must be made by bank transfer, therefore it is essential to enter the IBAN code on Uniweb relating to a current account in the student's name or joint name.
