Why should a company take part?
Companies can find in C_Lab Padua a useful tool for scouting young talent and gathering ideas that are both sustainable and innovative.
With the support of the Knowledge enhancement and academic entrepreneurship Office and the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Padua, the company puts forward its own entrepreneurial challenge with real business development and application potential.
Subsequently, the best talents from the University of Padua are selected and divided into multidisciplinary teams, and each company is assigned a team that will work on the related challenge it has launched.
C_Labbers attend the course “Entrepreneurship and Business Modeling” to refine their skills, compare experiences during days dedicated to Team Building and Public Speaking, and work on drafting a project work.
During the final event, the teams present the ideas developed throughout the programme and the awards ceremony takes place.
