What is Padova C_Lab?

The C_Lab Padova, where C stands for "contamination", is a multidisciplinary contamination project, thanks to which young talents with different backgrounds and training profiles meet, and learn to confront and dialogue in a process of sharing ideas.
The main objective of C_Lab Padova is to create a stimulating environment for the development of an entrepreneurial mindset and innovative projects and to promote interdisciplinarity, the dissemination of new learning models and collaboration between students of different disciplines with teachers, companies and associations in the area, through the formation of groups that will actively work on multidisciplinary projects for the creation of innovative and innovative services. solutions for companies and the territory.
The objective of the C_Lab falls within the scope and research of Entrepreneurship Education, in line with the European Commission's spirit of creating business culture.
The call for applications for the Contamination Lab Padova 2026 closed with 168 applications.

This edition of the Contamination Lab was also made possible thanks to the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce of Padova.

The final of the Contamination Lab Padua will be held on July 8, 2026 from 14:30 to 18:30 approximately at the Auditorium of the Altinate / San Gaetano Cultural Center, in via Altinate 71, Padova

Who is it for?

A enrolled in a three-year degree course at the University of Padova;
A enrolled in a Master's Degree Course at the University of Padova;
A enrolled in a single-cycle master's degree course at the University of Padova;
A enrolled in a University Master at the University of Padova;
Students enrolled in a PhD course or a postgraduate school at the University of Padova;
Bachelor's, Master's and single-cycle Master's degree graduates from the University of Padova who have obtained their degree for no more than 18 months at the end of the current call;
To PhDs at the University of Padova who have obtained their degree no more than 18 months before the deadline of the current call.

From 2018 to date, it has involved 509 students from 32 Departments and 69 companies.

Why should a student participate?

The C_Labbers learn to use multidisciplinarity as a valuable design tool and as a driver of personal growth, establishing contacts with the world of work.
They are called upon to face and solve complex challenges for the most important companies in the area.
At the end of the course, they will have acquired organizational, design and relational skills that are strongly required by the labor market: these skills are certified by issuing the Open Badge.
All the activities of the C_Lab are held in Italian.

Why should a company participate?

Companies can find in C_Lab Padova a useful tool for scouting young talents and collecting ideas that are both sustainable and innovative.
With the support of the Office for the Enhancement of Knowledge and Academic Entrepreneurship and the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Padova, the company proposes its own entrepreneurial challenge of real business development and application.
Subsequently, the best talents of the University of Padova are selected and divided into multidisciplinary teams and each company is entrusted with a team that will work on the related challenge launched.
The C_Labber attend the "Entrepreneurship and Business Modeling" course to refine their skills, discuss during days dedicated to Team Building and Public Speaking and work on the drafting of a project work.
Durante the final event, the teams present the ideas developed during the course and the awards ceremony takes place.
