Contamination Lab Padova (C_Lab Padova)

What is C-Lab Padova?

C-Lab Padova, where C stands for ‘contamination’, is a multidisciplinary contamination project, thanks to which talented young minds with different backgrounds and educational profiles meet and learn how to compare and dialogue in a process of sharing ideas.
The main objectives of C_Lab Padova are to create a stimulating environment for the development of an entrepreneurial mentality and innovative projects and to promote interdisciplinarity, the dissemination of new learning models and collaboration between students from different disciplines with teachers, companies and associations in the area. This is achieved through the formation of groups who will actively work on multidisciplinary projects for the realisation of innovative solutions and services for local companies and the territory.
The objective of C_Lab falls within the application and research field of Entrepreneurship Education, in line with the European Commission's spirit of creating an entrepreneurial culture.
The C_Lab Padova call for applications is now open: you can register at this link and download the instructions for filling out the form.

Why participating for a student?
I C_Labbers learn to use multidisciplinarity as a valuable planning tool and as a driver for personal growth, establishing contacts with the business world.
They are called upon to face and solve complex challenges for the local leading companies.
At the end of the programme, they will have acquired organisational, design and relational skills that are in high demand on the world of work: these skills will be certified by an Open Badge.

Why should a company participate?
Companies can find in C-Lab Padova a useful tool for scouting young talent and gathering ideas that are both sustainable and innovative.
With the support of the Third Mission and Research Valorization Office and the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Padua, the company proposes its own entrepreneurial challenge of real development and business application.
Following, the best talents from the University of Padua are selected and divided into multidisciplinary teams, and each company is assigned a team that will work on the relevant challenge.
C_Labbers attend the “Entrepreneurship and Business Modeling” course to refine their skills, confront each other during days dedicated to Team Building and Public Speaking, and work on drafting a project.
During the final event, the teams present the ideas developed during the course and the awards are presented.
