Training courses, Peer Observation and T4L Badges
The Teaching4Learning Courses aim to train the university's lecturer staff on the methodologies and strategies of course unit / active learning in the classroom and online with different levels of complexity. They aim to promote reflection and a conscious use of interactive and collaborative teaching practices from a learner-centered perspective.
For RTDA and RTDB researchers hired from 1 September 2022 , the New Faculty + Base Course is mandatory and must be completed within 18 months of the date of recruitment.
