Course Faculty Development Trainer (FD Trainer)
The FD Trainer T4L is a university lecturer at the University of Padua who presents themselves as an expert figure in strategies and methodologies of innovative teaching (Active Learning) for university teaching, both with regard to the fundamental elements of teaching practice and specifically within their own disciplinary area. The aim is to train trainers/educators for the professional development of university teaching staff who are, in turn, able to train colleagues on the specific topics of student-centred teaching.
The programme is intended for Change Agents and consists of several meetings for a total of 30 hours.
At the end of the course, an open badge FD Trainer will be awarded.
