Faculty Development Trainer (FD Trainer) Course

The T4L FD Trainer is a university lecturer of the University of Padova who presents himself or herself as an expert in innovative teaching strategies and methodologies (Active Learning) for the university course unit, both in terms of fundamental elements of the teaching action and specifically in their subject area. The aim is to train trainers/trainers for the professional development of university teaching who are able, in turn, to train colleagues on the specific issues of student-centered teaching.

The course is aimed at Change Agents, and is divided into several meetings for a total of 30 hours.

At the end of the course, an FD Trainer open badge will be issued.
