Advanced Course (T4L2)
The Advanced Course (T4L2) includes attendance at a number of compulsory and elective workshops, to be completed within 18 months from the first workshop attended, in order to explore in greater depth topics related to innovative teaching that were introduced during the New Faculty and Base Course (T4L1).
The pathway is structured as follows:
- Compulsory workshops to be attended in person or online on the foundational topics of Active Learning
- Elective workshops to be selected from those offered
- Peer Observation: to be carried out also during the period of participation in the various workshops
Upon reaching 18 hours of workshops attended(including the compulsory ones) and completing the Peer Observation activity, it will be possible to obtain the T4L2 (Advanced) Open Badge
Course contents:
- participatory methods to promote learning;
- the relationship between lecturers and students
- design and management of feedback and assessment processes
- peer observation and feedback management among colleagues, including microteaching activities
- design and development of educational coaching tools to collaborate with colleagues
- course design
- new technological tools to be integrated into teaching
Who is it for?
Full Professors, Associate Professors and permanent Researchers, RTDA, RTDB who have already attended the New Faculty and Base Course (T4L1).
