Check the Class timetable of each course unit, which should be available between 4 and 2 weeks before the start of classes.

Use the OrariUnipd app to create your personalised schedule.

  Learning Agreement Changes

During your stay, you can change your Learning Agreement, if necessary. Before filling in the LA, please read carefully our guide on How to choose courses at Unipd.

You can change your Learning Agreement after the beginning of classes and after you receive the Certificate of Arrival from Unipd.

Prepare your «LA during the mobility» when you are sure about the course you want to take and provide us with the changes within the first month after the beginning of classes!

Attention: you will be able to modify the Learning Agreement in Mobility Online only when the previous steps of the workflow are fulfilled.

Please note that the procedure to change the Learning Agreement differs depending on the FORMAT of your Learning Agreement (Online/Digital Learning Agreement in EWP or in PDF format). Please identify your case e follow the relevant instructions:

1) Online/Digital Learning Agreement (DLA): if your first Learning Agreement was approved digitally only, you should modify the list of courses on your Home University platform (for example: Erasmus Dashboard). After the DLA is approved by your Home University, you should access Mobility Online (www.unipd.it/mobilityonline) and confirm the step " DIGITAL LEARNING AGREEMENT "DURING THE MOBILITY" (optional) > Click here if you have modified your Digital Learning Agreement "during the mobility" and it is approved by your Home University"). If you do not complete the step on Mobility Online, we will not be able to check your new DLA.

2) If your Learning Agreement “Before the mobility” was approved in a PDF version(your Home University does not exchange the Learning Agreement digitally via EWP), we will continue to use this modality. Therefore, we will only sign the Learning Agreement in PDF version.

If you do not have a form for changing your courses, you can download a standard template below. You should complete and sign only the section called “During the Mobility”. In fact, the section called “Before the Mobility” has already been signed before your arrival in Padua.

To get your “LA during the mobility” approved by Unipd, you need to upload the LA in pdf version on Mobility Online platform (www.unipd.it/mobilityonline), under the section "During the mobility", step "LEARNING AGREEMENT CHANGES (optional)" and make sure you click on the button «CLICK HERE TO CONFIRM» to send your LA to the Mobility Unit.

The Mobility Unit will receive it automatically. You do not have to send it via email or other means. We will sign your LA and you will be able to download it from Mobility Online as well.
