Interactive Destination Platform 2026/27
It is mandatory to select your degree course from the Study field drop-down menu. The total number of months indicated in the portal ( item Number) for each agreement must be divided by the number of places available ( item Total number).
It is also necessary to write down all the main information (for example: Erasmus code, lecturer in charge, ISCED/study area) to correctly select the destination when submitting the application in Uniweb.
On the platform, it is also possible to view past experiences shared by mobile students in previous years.

Submission of the application from 4 December 2025.
Students regularly enrolled (at the time of submission of the application and before departure) at the University of Padova in a first-cycle/Bachelor's degree course, a Master's or Master's degree, a Master's degree or a single-cycle Master's degree, a PhD.
You need to:
- be in compliance with the enrolment in the a.y. relating to the period of stay abroad and with the payment of taxes
- students enrolled in the A.Y. 2025/26 in the first year of a three-year or single-cycle degree (e.g. Medicine and Surgery, Pharmacy, Law, etc.): can apply, except for specific restrictions defined by the Schools or Departments. It is then necessary to acquire at least 40 credits (registered) before departure, otherwise you will not be cleared to leave
- For those enrolled in subsequent years: have acquired at least 40 credits registered at the time of submission of the application. Those enrolled in the Master's degree and those attending a PhD, automatically meet this requirement having already completed the Bachelor's and/or Master's degree. Master's degree students who carry out mobility during the second year or subsequent must accrue at least 30 credits before signing the financial contract and leaving.
Knowledge of the language required by the foreign university campuses is mandatory.
The SEMP application must be submitted exclusively via Uniweb.
Before proceeding with the application via Uniweb, it is necessary to consult the call for applications and view the selection criteria and the list of partner universities.
To be attached to the application (to be submitted in PDF format only):
- proposal of activities to be carried out abroad (mandatory) and/or letter from the supervisor or supervisor for a degree / PhD dissertation or for traineeship. The download of the documents is available below (annex 1 and 1a). In the case of exams and dissertations or exams and traineeships, both documents must be attached in a single PDF file.
- any language certificates: consult the table of the University Language Centre
- Appendix 1 and 1a - Proposal of activities to be done abroad (including dissertation and traineeship)

The selection interviews will take place on 25 February 2026 at 8.30 a.m. for the Technical University of Denmark and on 24 March 2026 at 9 a.m. for all other destinations.
Scholarships can be applied for by Italian students and university staff interested in exchange projects in Sweden. You can apply for short-term exchange projects from different subject areas, either humanities and sciences.

The MCI–Mobility CONFAP Italy syllabus aims to support the collaboration between CONFAP (National Council of Research Support Foundations) and the Italian Network (of which the University of Padova is part) through mobility at Master level (only for research activities), PhD and Post doc in various fields, including humanities and social sciences, natural sciences, engineering.

The SUSI 2023 (Study of the US Institute for Student Leaders) competition allows a five-week summer stay in the USA at Michigan State University to explore the topic of Civic Engagement. All expenses (visa, travel, room and board) are covered by the Department of State.
Italian students or regular residents with a residence permit, enrolled in the first or second year of the three-year degree (or third or fourth year of the single-cycle degree) who are up to 25 years old and have a study profile or extracurricular activities in line with the Civic Engagement theme, can apply. The deadline to apply is December 31, 22.
