UniSMART – Fondazione Università degli Studi di Padova
UniSMART – Fondazione Università degli Studi di Padova is the foundation of the University created to promote Technology Transfer and Post-graduate Training and is the meeting point between university excellence, the business world and private and public stakeholders.
The goal is to enhance university resources and skills by activating and managing with short and long-term collaborations that involve all the professors, researchers, students and staff of the University and the partners of its Open Innovation Community.
The foundation also enhances patents, activates and manages research and innovation consulting projects, provides training activities through Masters, corporate and lifelong learning courses, promotes European collaborative projects and activities with students and those who carry out a PhD.
The UniSMART Community is the ecosystem around which the open innovation paradigm takes shape. Multinationals, SMEs, startups, banks, trade associations, municipalities and organizations belonging to heterogeneous markets dialogue with each other and with the university, questioning themselves through discussion and generating value through the numerous initiatives promoted.
UniSMART acts as a bridge between scientists and entrepreneurs or managers, responding to the needs of private and public organizations interested in embarking on innovation paths.
