Politics of Migration. A Policy-Oriented Summer School

Explore the policies that shape global migration in the heart of the Alps!

Join the Summer School The Politics of Migration offered by the University of Padua to live an intensive and interdisciplinary experience that addresses the most pressing debates on today's migration policies.
The Summer school will adopt a challenge-based learning approach: students will address a real migration policy issue by developing a policy brief, working under the guidance of experienced lecturers.
The contents of the programme revolve around five key thematic areas: Migration and Borders, Public Policy and Inclusion of Migrants, Migration Policies and Public Opinion, Migration and International Relations, and Advocacy and Political Engagement  offering a comprehensive and multidisciplinary perspective on contemporary migration challenges.
The School will take place in a beautiful alpine setting and will combine academic knowledge with practical insights.
Participants will interact with leading scholars, international experts and practitioners from leading research networks such as IMISCOE and ECPR through interactive seminars, skills development workshops, field visits and group projects acquiring the critical tools needed to understand migration and shape tomorrow's policies.

Take the next step towards an international career in migration and public policy!
