Job and career guidance

University education and earning a degree are but the first step, albeit a decisive one, toward the world of work and professions. The University provides a range of tools to help current students and graduates align their expectations with labor market needs, enabling them to deliberately plan their educational and career paths.

The University supports individuals in defining their professional goals, providing the necessary tools to develop an effective action plan.

Transversal skills

Transversal skills or soft skills give added value to the professional profile of the graduate in the company and are the decisive factor in achieving better performance.
