ColloquIA: prepare for your interview with a virtual recruiter
Our Career Service provides ColloquIA, a simulation platform developed in collaboration with ASIT as part of the University’s Digital Transformation Plan.
ColloquIA offers an exploratory interview experience in an interactive virtual environment: a conversational avatar based on real-time technologies takes on the role of recruiter and leads the interaction, also drawing on the uploaded CV and a selected job description. The questions focus on academic background, transferable skills and motivation, in adaptive scenarios that adjust according to the answers given.
At the end, the platform generates a detailed report that includes feedback on the answers, suggestions for improvement and the full transcript of the interview, supporting a conscious self-assessment process.
The aim is not to assign a score, but to help students build their professional voice before entering the real job market.

On 29 October, ColloquIA is Live
ColloquIA Live is an event designed to introduce Unipd’s virtual agent, ahead of the Career Day Università Aperta IES on 5 November 2026.
It is open to the Unipd student community, with a particular focus on those attending courses (or who have recently completed their studies) in engineering, economics and science.
