ColloquIA: Prepare for your interview with a virtual recruiter
The Career Service provides ColloquIA, a simulation platform developed in collaboration with ASIT as part of the University's Digital Transformation Plan.
ColloquIA offers an exploratory interview experience in an interactive virtual environment: a conversational avatar based on real-time technologies takes on the role of recruiter and conducts the interaction starting from the uploaded CV and a selected job description. The questions focus on academic background, transferable skills and motivations, in adaptive scenarios that adjust according to the answers given.
At the end, the platform generates a detailed report including feedback on the answers, suggestions for improvement and the full transcript of the interview, to support a process of informed self-assessment.
The aim is not to assign a score, but to help students build their professional voice before entering the real job market.
