Mentor&Me Programme
In collaboration with the Alumni Association, we run a mentoring programme whose aim is to pair professionals from the world of work with students, recent graduates, and PhD graduates.
People who act as mentors are experienced managers who make their professional expertise available to mentees across different sectors of interest, offer the opportunity to explore career paths and the skills currently required by the world of work, and therefore provide support and guidance in professional choices.
The mentoring pathway, reserved for a limited group of participants, has a maximum duration of six months and includes six meetings with the assigned mentor as well as some group training sessions organised by the Career Service Unipd, on topics related to entering the world of work.
The fifteenth edition of the programme starts in January and ends in July 2027.
For this edition, applications to participate as a mentee must be submitted from 15 October to 16 November 2026.
This edition, in collaboration with the association WIS Italia - Women in Surgery, reserves a number of places for female Medicine and Surgery students and female specialist trainees in all surgical branches.
For Mentee WIS, the programme lasts 12 months and the 6 meetings provided for take place over the course of one year.
