Continuous staff training
We encourage and take care of the training and updating of staff, a means of growth and enhancement.
There are many training activities made available, and many others are available thanks to initiatives for the training of the public administration, such as the Syllabus portal.
We have a "Training Plan" dedicated to staff who put in place many training activities aimed at developing the knowledge and skills required by their organizational position. In addition, specific training activities can be organized to meet particular training and development needs.
The Teaching4Learning courses aim to train Unipd lecturer staff on course unit methodologies and strategies for and active learning in the classroom and online with different levels of complexity.
For RtdaA and RtdB researchers hired from 1 September 2022 , the New Faculty + Base course is mandatory
