The University offers the opportunity to attend and take exams for individual training activities (single courses).

The following can apply for enrolment:

  • EU citizens or equivalent in possession of an upper secondary education diploma obtained in Italy or abroad, provided that this qualification is recognized as suitable for access to university, in accordance with current legislation. 
    Students already enrolled in a course of study at the University of Padua may, alternatively and if provided for by the regulations of their Degree Programme, apply for inclusion in the transcript of supernumerary exams and excluded from media by following the instructions on page https://www.unipd.it/consulenza-carriera-libretto
  • non-EU citizens residing abroad, pre-enrolment at the University of Padua through the Universitaly portal and uploading the necessary documentation (see section "Enrolment procedures"), as specified by the Ministerial Guidelines.
    For non-EU citizens residing abroad, the deadlines for entering the pre-enrolment application on the Universitaly portal are 31 August for courses provided in the first semester, and 31 December for courses provided in the second semester.

In the event of an application validated on the Universitaly portal by the Admissions and Welcome Sector of the Global Engagement Office, it will be necessary to contact the competent Italian diplomatic representation for the subsequent visa application. For each academic year, interested persons can apply for enrolment in one or more courses activated by the University up to a maximum of five. Enrolment is possible only for training activities provided in the 2025/2026 academic year.

The credits acquired can be recognized and validated if the interested party subsequently enrolls in a course of study at the University, upon submission of the application for recognition of previous credits. In the case of an access qualification obtained abroad, it is necessary to follow the detailed procedures on page https://www.unipd.it/ammissione-studenti-internazionali

Single courses by activities of the courses of study of the School of Science 

  • from Monday 1 September 2025 to Wednesday 24 September 2025 for annual and first semester courses
  • from Monday 2 February 2026 to Wednesday 18 February 2026 for second semester courses

Single courses for activities of the courses of study of all the other schools

  • from Wednesday 17 September 2025 to Tuesday 10 June 2026 for annual, first and second semester courses

Note: Please check any restrictions before submitting your request.  In case of limitations, the request may not be accepted.

The request for enrolment in single courses must be made as per the procedure below.

REGISTRATION AND REGISTRATION REQUEST ON THE UNIWEB PORTAL

The enrolment application is completed by accessing the www.uniweb.unipd.it portal

1) Registration on the Uniweb portal
If you are accessing Uniweb for the first time, you must create a new account by clicking on www.uniweb.unipd.it and Menu > Registration. At the end of the registration, you will receive a username and activation code by e-mail with which to access the uniweb.unipd.it/password/index.php/it/utenti/identifica/azione/a page, where you will be asked to set three security questions and a password. With the username obtained and the password set, you can access your reserved area. Registration on the www.uniweb.unipd.it portal can also be done using the Spid credentials, by clicking on the Menu items > Registration with Spid.

2) Request for enrolment
To apply for enrolment, you must access www.uniweb.unipd.it and click on the items Teaching > Enrolment > Standard Enrolment 1 year > Enrolment in open access courses > Single course and follow the guided procedure.

3) Submission of the application form
After completing the request for enrolment in Uniweb and making the relevant payment in Uniweb in the section: menu > right to education, disability/SLD, summer courses > tuition fees, it is necessary to send the duly completed enrolment form (Attention: the pdf file can be filled out and it is not necessary to print it) to the address carriere.studenti@unipd.it.

  • only for non-EU citizens residing in Italy: copy of the residence permit
  • only for non-EU citizens not residing in Italy: certificate of knowledge of the Italian language (level B2), if you intend to enrol in courses taught in Italian, or a certificate of knowledge of the English language (level B2), if you intend to enrol in courses taught in English
  • foreign qualification, with an official translation into Italian (not required if the original document is issued in English), legalization or certificate of verification issued by an ENIC-NARIC center, such as CIMEA. 4) Further enrolment request
It is possible to submit several applications (enrolment form), always up to a maximum of five total activities for each academic year.
To submit a further enrolment request, you must send an email to carriere.studenti@unipd.it  attaching the following documents:

  • enrolment form duly completed  Attention: the PDF can be filled out and it is not necessary to print it
  • receipt of payment of the revenue stamp in force (Euro 16.00)

Attention: The payment of the revenue stamp must be made through the PagoPA system. 
After entering the main screen, to proceed with the payment, select Spontaneous payment, enter your data, in the Payment reason section choose the item DIDA12 - Stamp duty - Single courses, in the Reason for payment section write "Single course application request - Name and Surname". 

 

Before sending the enrolment form, it is necessary to pay the revenue stamp in force (€ 16.00) on Uniweb in the section: menu > right to education, disability/SLD, summer courses > contributions

Following verification of the correctness of the documentation, an email will be sent to complete the enrolment and the enrolment fee for the individual courses must be paid: 200.00 euros for each course unit + 16 euros for the completion of the practice + 6.5 euros as an annual insurance fee (the latter only for the first instance).

People with a disability of more than 66% or with a disability recognized by Law no. 104/1992, pay a contribution of 22.50 euros for enrolment up to a maximum of five single courses. For more information: inclusione.studenti@unipd.it.

If not all the exams for which you have applied for enrolment are taken, there is no refund, neither partial nor total, of the fees paid.

It is possible to take the exam and obtain, on request, a certification of the activity carried out
