General Course for the training of Unipd staff

The University offers the opportunity to follow some courses called General Courses focused on topics of particular relevance and topicality. The General Courses represent training and learning opportunities of an interdisciplinary nature that allow the acquisition of transversal skills and give the opportunity to expand one's knowledge.

The University of Padova reserves free places for staff who choose to enrol in some General Courses.

The technical and administrative staff can also  see attendance recognized as a training activity, after passing the exam. In order for this activity to be recognised in the context of training, the authorisation of the person in charge is required .
The authorization is not required for enrolment, but is necessary if you intend to attend the course, even partially, during working hours. In addition, authorization is required if you want to enter the code 199 outside of service hours. 

For the academic year 2025/2026 these courses are:

• Ambassadors of sustainability. Knowing, promoting, practicing sustainability
• Genders, knowledge and social justice
• Peace and Nonviolent Conflict Transformation
