According to the National Agency for the Evaluation of the University and Research System (Anvur), we are in first place in Italy for the enhancement of young people and among the first state universities in Italy for the quality and quantity of research.
We defend the freedom and autonomy of each scholar in the choice of research topics and methods, and at the same time encourage interdisciplinary and group collaboration, and the close connection of research and teaching.
The Ministry of University and Research (MUR) allocates funding to research activities on points such as group research work and the principle of evaluation of research projects.

Foundations, associations, charities, other international public and private bodies, and U.S. federal agencies fund basic, clinical and applied research at an international level, at various levels and in different forms, according to their budget availability and consistent with their "mission"
