Becoming a Clinician Scientist: a practical guide to clinical research and skill development

SUMMER SCHOOLS

Are you ready to become a future clinician scientist?

Pick up essential skills in clinical research and AI, in a Summer School specifically tailored for medical students, residents, and PhD candidates.

This programme will allow you to bridge the gap between clinical training and research with a hands-on, multidisciplinary approach.

Participants will learn how to design and conduct impactful studies, apply digital tools like REDCap and MOOVE, and explore ethical AI in medicine.

Interactive workshops, simulations, and breakout sessions will be shaped around your needs and you will have the chance to engage with a world-class faculty hailing from Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand.

A wide range of topics will be covered: from clinical trials and precision medicine to health policy and patient engagement.

Be part of a truly global network and engage with experts from the Paediatric Emergency Research Network (PERN) and beyond.

You will be able to experience international exchange, while strengthening your academic and professional profile. All in a vibrant, English-taught programme at the University of Padua—where science meets innovation.
