When:
Call One (EU+ NON-EU candidates): February 3, 2025 – March 20, 2025
Call Two (EU+NON-EU candidates): April 2, 2025 - May 20, 2025

How: Register on PICA, fill the form and upload the required documents and submit!

What:

1. Passport/ID
2. Transcript of records (original and ITA/ENG translation)
  - If you have not completed your studies yet, you can apply with the most recent version of your transcript of records;
  - The legalisation of these documents is not required.
3. CV (Europass format preferred; 2 pages maximum; in English)
4. Motivation letter (1 page maximum)

Ranking list: Wednesday, June 4, 2025
Admitted candidates will receive an email including the instructions on how to accept the offer.

Acceptance deadline: Wednesday, June 11, 2025
All admitted candidates must pay the tuition fees to secure their place by June 11, 2025. The fee cannot be waived nor postponed.

Refund policy: Fees are NOT refundable.

Admissions to the "Explore" Summer Schools are managed directly by the departments. Please get in touch with the referents directly.

CALL ONE

Ranking list: Wednesday, April 16, 2025
Admitted candidates will receive an email including the instructions on how to accept the offer.

Acceptance deadline:  Wednesday, April 30, 2025
All admitted candidates must pay 250euros to secure their place by April 30, 2025. The fee cannot be waived nor postponed.

Balance deadline: Friday, May 30, 2025
Any remaining balance will have to be settled by May 30, 2025. The payment cannot be waived nor postponed.

  Housing - “Experience” and “Expand” Summer schools

The International Housing service will support admitted students in the accommodation search.

Kindly contact housing@unipd.it  indicating “Summer Schools” in the subject and attaching your Summer School Admission letter.

  Visa

NON-EU Students will need to verify the requirements to enter Italy at the following webpage: https://vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en#BMTitolo

The University of Padua will not issue any invitation letter, the only document provided will be the Summer School Admission Letter, issued after the payment of the deposit.

  Italian language course

Summer School students will have the opportunity to maximise their experience by adding an Italian language course held at our University Language Centre (CLA).
