Arqus Enabling Refugees

The Arqus European University Alliance, whose work officially began on 1 October 2019, is part of the 17 thematic consortia selected by the European Commission under the European programme "European Universities". Within this alliance, the University of Padua contributes its recognised expertise in the action line «Widening Access, Inclusion and Diversity», "Action line 2", which aims to foster a constructive discussion and to plan new practices that ensure wider access and inclusive policies in universities.

Within Action line 2, an entire team specialises in mapping out and designing activities dedicated to refugees:  

2.6 Enabling refugees: a shared policy for the academic recognition and admission process of refugees.
