Stage per laureati/e con sede in Veneto: per ospitare in stage un laureato/a in una delle sedi operative dell'azienda presenti in Veneto, sono necessari la convenzione e il progetto formativo.
Il progetto formativo deve essere trasmesso almeno quindici giorni lavorativi prima dell'avvio, firmato elettronicamente da parte dell'ente ospitante, al nostro Ufficio (stage@unipd.it), che avvierà la procedura di firma elettronica per il/la tirocinante e per l'approvazione da parte del responsabile per gli stage del Corso di Laurea.
Per la stipula della convenzione l'ente ospitante deve:
- registrare l'anagrafica aziendale (solo la prima volta che si utilizza il servizio) attraverso l'apposito form
- attendere la mail per la validazione della registrazione
- utilizzare username e password per accedere all'area riservata
- cliccare sul pulsante grigio "Istruzioni convenzioni" e seguire la procedura
La convenzione è soggetto a bollo sin dall'origine ai sensi dell'Art. 2 dell'Allegato A - Tariffa del D.P.R. 642/72, con imposta di bollo (ex marca da bollo), con data di emissione non successiva alla data di stipula del documento. L'importo dei contrassegni deve essere di 16 euro ogni 4 facciate scritte e, comunque, ogni 100 righe. Il costo dell'imposta di bollo è a carico del soggetto ospitante.
La procedura di convenzione richiede circa 15 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricezione del documento che dev'essere inviato con una delle due modalità qui indicate:
Tramite mail all'indirizzo convenzioni.tirocinio@unipd.it: file in formato PDF/A su cui apporre unicamente la firma elettronica (procedura obbligatoria per le pubbliche amministrazioni). In questo caso:
- le marche da bollo: devono essere apposte virtualmente, indicando nel documento il numero di autorizzazione rilasciato dall' Agenzia delle Entrate, oppure
- deve essere indicato nel documento solo il numero identificativo delle marche da bollo (da non apporre) e dev'essere allegata una dichiarazione sostitutiva firmata digitalmente in cui viene comunicato l'acquisto e l'annullamento delle stesse.
Tramite posta raccomandata: documento in duplice originale con firma autografa e timbro. In questo caso le marche da bollo vanno apposte fisicamente e annullate, indicando nel documento il numero identificativo delle stesse.

Stage per laureati/e con sede in Veneto: per ospitare in stage un laureato/a in una delle sedi operative dell'azienda presenti in Veneto, sono necessari la convenzione e il progetto formativo.
Il progetto formativo deve essere trasmesso almeno quindici giorni lavorativi prima dell'avvio, firmato elettronicamente da parte dell'ente ospitante, al nostro Ufficio (stage@unipd.it), che avvierà la procedura di firma elettronica per il/la tirocinante e per l'approvazione da parte del responsabile per gli stage del Corso di Laurea.
Per la stipula della convenzione l'ente ospitante deve:
- registrare l'anagrafica aziendale (solo la prima volta che si utilizza il servizio) attraverso l'apposito form
- attendere la mail per la validazione della registrazione
- utilizzare username e password per accedere all'area riservata
- cliccare sul pulsante grigio "Istruzioni convenzioni" e seguire la procedura
La convenzione è soggetto a bollo sin dall'origine ai sensi dell'Art. 2 dell'Allegato A - Tariffa del D.P.R. 642/72, con imposta di bollo (ex marca da bollo), con data di emissione non successiva alla data di stipula del documento. L'importo dei contrassegni deve essere di 16 euro ogni 4 facciate scritte e, comunque, ogni 100 righe. Il costo dell'imposta di bollo è a carico del soggetto ospitante.
La procedura di convenzione richiede circa 15 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricezione del documento che dev'essere inviato con una delle due modalità qui indicate:
Tramite mail all'indirizzo convenzioni.tirocinio@unipd.it: file in formato PDF/A su cui apporre unicamente la firma elettronica (procedura obbligatoria per le pubbliche amministrazioni). In questo caso:
- le marche da bollo: devono essere apposte virtualmente, indicando nel documento il numero di autorizzazione rilasciato dall' Agenzia delle Entrate, oppure
- deve essere indicato nel documento solo il numero identificativo delle marche da bollo (da non apporre) e dev'essere allegata una dichiarazione sostitutiva firmata digitalmente in cui viene comunicato l'acquisto e l'annullamento delle stesse.
Tramite posta raccomandata: documento in duplice originale con firma autografa e timbro. In questo caso le marche da bollo vanno apposte fisicamente e annullate, indicando nel documento il numero identificativo delle stesse.

Stage per laureati/e con sede in Veneto: per ospitare in stage un laureato/a in una delle sedi operative dell'azienda presenti in Veneto, sono necessari la convenzione e il progetto formativo.
Il progetto formativo deve essere trasmesso almeno quindici giorni lavorativi prima dell'avvio, firmato elettronicamente da parte dell'ente ospitante, al nostro Ufficio (stage@unipd.it), che avvierà la procedura di firma elettronica per il/la tirocinante e per l'approvazione da parte del responsabile per gli stage del Corso di Laurea.
Per la stipula della convenzione l'ente ospitante deve:
- registrare l'anagrafica aziendale (solo la prima volta che si utilizza il servizio) attraverso l'apposito form
- attendere la mail per la validazione della registrazione
- utilizzare username e password per accedere all'area riservata
- cliccare sul pulsante grigio "Istruzioni convenzioni" e seguire la procedura
La convenzione è soggetto a bollo sin dall'origine ai sensi dell'Art. 2 dell'Allegato A - Tariffa del D.P.R. 642/72, con imposta di bollo (ex marca da bollo), con data di emissione non successiva alla data di stipula del documento. L'importo dei contrassegni deve essere di 16 euro ogni 4 facciate scritte e, comunque, ogni 100 righe. Il costo dell'imposta di bollo è a carico del soggetto ospitante.
La procedura di convenzione richiede circa 15 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricezione del documento che dev'essere inviato con una delle due modalità qui indicate:
Tramite mail all'indirizzo convenzioni.tirocinio@unipd.it: file in formato PDF/A su cui apporre unicamente la firma elettronica (procedura obbligatoria per le pubbliche amministrazioni). In questo caso:
- le marche da bollo: devono essere apposte virtualmente, indicando nel documento il numero di autorizzazione rilasciato dall' Agenzia delle Entrate, oppure
- deve essere indicato nel documento solo il numero identificativo delle marche da bollo (da non apporre) e dev'essere allegata una dichiarazione sostitutiva firmata digitalmente in cui viene comunicato l'acquisto e l'annullamento delle stesse.
Tramite posta raccomandata: documento in duplice originale con firma autografa e timbro. In questo caso le marche da bollo vanno apposte fisicamente e annullate, indicando nel documento il numero identificativo delle stesse.

- registrare l'anagrafica aziendale (solo la prima volta che si utilizza il servizio) attraverso l'apposito form
- attendere la mail per la validazione della registrazione
- utilizzare username e password per accedere all'area riservata
- cliccare sul pulsante grigio "Istruzioni convenzioni" e seguire la procedura
La convenzione è soggetto a bollo sin dall'origine ai sensi dell'Art. 2 dell'Allegato A - Tariffa del D.P.R. 642/72, con imposta di bollo (ex marca da bollo), con data di emissione non successiva alla data di stipula del documento. L'importo dei contrassegni deve essere di 16 euro ogni 4 facciate scritte e, comunque, ogni 100 righe. Il costo dell'imposta di bollo è a carico del soggetto ospitante.
La procedura di convenzione richiede circa 15 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricezione del documento che dev'essere inviato con una delle due modalità qui indicate:
Tramite mail all'indirizzo convenzioni.tirocinio@unipd.it: file in formato PDF/A su cui apporre unicamente la firma elettronica (procedura obbligatoria per le pubbliche amministrazioni). In questo caso:
- le marche da bollo: devono essere apposte virtualmente, indicando nel documento il numero di autorizzazione rilasciato dall' Agenzia delle Entrate, oppure
- deve essere indicato nel documento solo il numero identificativo delle marche da bollo (da non apporre) e dev'essere allegata una dichiarazione sostitutiva firmata digitalmente in cui viene comunicato l'acquisto e l'annullamento delle stesse.
Tramite posta raccomandata: documento in duplice originale con firma autografa e timbro. In questo caso le marche da bollo vanno apposte fisicamente e annullate, indicando nel documento il numero identificativo delle stesse.
