Le prove d’esame consistono in:

Prova scritta, con quesiti a risposta aperta, che potrà vertere sui seguenti argomenti:

  •  tecniche di coltura delle cellule umane staminali e loro differenziamento in colture bi-dimensionali o tri-dimensionali
  •  tecniche di analisi molecolare di colture indifferenziate e differenziate (immunofluorescenza, isolamento di RNA e DNA, PCR)
  •  tecniche di analisi citogenetica;

Colloquio, che potrà vertere sui seguenti argomenti:

  •  coltura di cellule umane pluripotenti indotte (hiPSCs)
  •  differenziamento di cellule staminali in colture bi-dimensionali (2D) o tri-dimensionali (3D) (corpi embriodi ed organoidi)
  •  controllo di qualità delle cellule umane pluripotenti (immunofluorescenza e analisi di contaminazione da micoplasma e citogenetica)
  •  valutazione dell'effetto di composti organici sulla vitalità e sul differenziamento di cellule staminali pluripotenti umane

Verranno, inoltre, accertate le conoscenze informatiche (Pacchetto Office, ambiente MacOS, software, di analisi di immagini) e la conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello di riferimento “B1”).
