Internships and traineeships
The internship, or training and orientation traineeship, is a training period aimed at students during their studies (curricular traineeship), recent graduates and recent graduates within 12 months of obtaining the degree (extracurricular traineeship) and graduates in a state of unemployment or unemployment (job placement / reintegration traineeship), in companies, public bodies and professionals. It can be mandatorily provided for by the regulations of the First-cycle/Bachelor's degree course, or it can be carried out optionally.
An internship involves three subjects: the intern, the promoter (the University of Padova) and the host (the institution where the traineeship takes place). The training course includes three figures who guide and follow the intern in carrying out the expected task: the university tutor, a lecturer of the University, and the company tutor, the person who accompanies the intern within the institution.

Observatory on internships
It is a tool that allows you to monitor the progress and effectiveness of internship/internships through the analysis of the evaluations expressed by the interns/trainees and the host companies/institutions at the end of the internship/traineeship.
