The Office will evaluate the offer to verify its compliance with the University's educational profiles and, if so, will make it public. He is also available to analyze the needs of the company and define the profile sought.

The offers received will be kept visible on the website for a maximum period of three months, which may be extended.

Spontaneous applications will be evaluated and reported to the company if in line with the request. The curricula will be available for consultation by companies within the reserved area. In the event of insufficient or unsuitable applications, the service will contact suitable profiles, extending the search to all the CVs in the database.

Upon request, the office will carry out pre-selection interviews with candidates in order to present the company with a shortlist of suitable CVs.

In order to start an internship, an agreement and a training agreement are required. Insurance coverage for third-party liability and accidents at work at Inail is covered by the University.

AGREEMENT: establishes a collaboration relationship thanks to which a company/institution has the right to host interns. It is drawn up only on the occasion of the first hosted internship and establishes a "framework" agreement between the University and the host entity. It must be signed by the Legal Representative and has a duration of five years.

TRAINING PROJECT: establishes the methods of carrying out the internship. The duration, content and activities to be carried out are defined jointly by the host institution, the tutor and the intern. It is drawn up for each activated internship and must be signed electronically by the legal representative or company tutor.

The training agreement will be completed by the student in his/her reserved area, see page dedicated to information for students

The agreement is subject to stamp duty from the outset pursuant to Art. 2 of Annex A - Tariff of Presidential Decree 642/72, with stamp duty (former revenue stamp), with a date of issue no later than the date of stipulation of the document. The amount of the marks must be 16 euros for every 4 written pages and, in any case, for every 100 lines. The cost of stamp duty is borne by the host entity.

The agreement procedure takes about 15 working days from the date of receipt of the document, which must be sent in one of the two ways indicated here:

By email to convenzioni.traineeship@unipd.it: file in PDF/A format on which only the electronic signature can be affixed (mandatory procedure for public administrations). In this case:
- revenue stamps: they must be affixed  virtually, indicating in the document the authorization number issued by the Revenue Agency, or
- only the identification number of the revenue stamps (not to be affixed) must be indicated in the document and a digitally signed self-declaration must be attached in which the purchase and cancellation of the same is communicated.

By registered mail: document in duplicate original with handwritten signature and stamp. In this case, the revenue stamps must be physically affixed and cancelled, indicating the identification number of the same in the document.

Internship for graduates campus in Veneto: to host a graduate in an internship in one of the company's operational offices in Veneto, an agreement and a training agreement are required.
The training agreement must be sent at least fifteen working days before the start, electronically signed by the host institution, to our Office (stage@unipd.it), which will initiate the electronic signature procedure for the trainee and for approval by the person responsible for the internship of the Bachelor's Degree Course.

For the stipulation of the agreement, the host institution must:

All changes with respect to what is established in the training agreement must be communicated promptly by email to internship@unipd.it.

The communication must be sent by the company tutor and must include the intern's name, surname, matriculation, Bachelor's Degree Programme and the change/integration to be made to the training agreement

A coordination office is present at the School of Medicine for the activation of training projects for internships in the Bachelor's and Master's Degree Professions courses, Master's Degrees in Medicine and Surgery, Post graduate programmes in Higher Education and for Internships for the single-cycle Master's Degree Programme in Medicine and Surgery and Medicine and Surgery. The office coordinates the organization of curricular internships for the Courses in Medicine and Surgery.
