Observatory on internships
The Observatory on internships is a project, established in 1999, designed to monitor the progress and effectiveness of internships through the analysis of direct assessments by the stagiaire on the one hand and by the host companies or organisations on the other. The perspective within which the Observatory operates is aimed at improving the quality of internship and traineeship activities.
The tool used is an electronic questionnaire submitted to the stagiaire and their company tutor at the end of the internship. Subsequently, the questionnaire results are stored in a database that allows their statistical processing, with both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
