Observatory on internships
The Observatory on internship is a project, born in 1999, aimed at verifying the progress and effectiveness of internship through the analysis of direct evaluations of the interns on the one hand and of the host companies or institutions on the other. The perspective in which the Observatory operates aims to improve the quality of internship and traineeship activities.
The tool used is a questionnaire in electronic format that is submitted at the end of the internship to the intern and his company tutor. Subsequently, the results of the questionnaires are stored in a database that allows statistical processing, with both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
