Call for applications “Shaping a World-Class University”

The University of Padua promotes and renews a strategy of global internationalisation, with the aim of making degree programmes open, innovative and international learning environments, while at the same time increasing the visibility, attractiveness and reputation of the University in order to achieve ever better positioning in international rankings.

Through the call "Shaping a World-Class University", the University aims to ensure continuity in its internationalisation activities by supporting initiatives focused on innovation and the digitalisation of curricular activities, the development of structured mobility programmes and development cooperation activities.

The call provides for the following types of project eligible for funding:

Short-term visiting professors (in-person activities)
Virtual & Collaborative programmes (virtual teaching initiatives)
Support for the development of structured mobility programmes for credits or degrees
Blended & Face-to-face Summer Schools
International cooperation activities (in-person on-site activities)

Call "Shaping a World-Class University" - Year 2026 second edition

Deadline for the submission of applications set for 11 November 2026 at 13:00.

The call funds initiatives dedicated to internationalisation and teaching innovation, structured mobility (such as mobility windows and double or joint degrees) and international cooperation.

The initiative forms part of the University strategy to strengthen international collaborations.
