I am Associate Professor in Social Statistics at the Department of Statistical Sciences. Before joining the University of Padua, I was a postdoctoral fellow in Sociology at University of Cologne and Collegio Carlo Alberto and Adjunct Professor at University of Turin. I was also involved in the KinMatrix project at the University of Cologne and EU-funded FAMHEALTH project at the London School of Economics and Political Science for two years. I hold a PhD (2016) in Sociology and Social Research at the University of Trento and I was visiting researcher at the Swedish Insistute for Social Research.\n\nI am interested in a number of aspects in social statistics and family dynamics, including intergenerational relations, adulthood transition, implications of marital break-up, ageing, and health inequality.
