Education\nFirst Degree (1990) in Philosophy at the University of Padua with full honors and Ph.D. (1995) in Philosophy and Human Sciences at the University of Macerata/Perugia. \nHe spent three years in Germany as a student and Ph.D. student (1991-92, Hochschule für Philosophie and Ludwig Maximilian Universität in Munich; 1994-1995 Universität zu Köln). \nPost-doctoral grant in Philosophy of Law at the University of Padua (1997). \nResearch grant in Philosophy of Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Verona (1999-2001). \n\nPrevious Positions\nResearch Fellow (2001), Associate Professor (2002), and Full Professor (2011-2017) of Philosophy of Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Verona.
