The University of Padua is the first Italian university to recognize the value of a dual-sport and academic career by encouraging students to pursue their athletic talents while working towards a university degree.

The Student-Athlete Dual Career Scholarship Program offers: 

1. a Student-Athlete Scholarship of € 1,500 for families earning less than € 70,000 year (based on ISEE calculations)

 2. Student-Athlete academic tutoring assistance

The seventh edition of the Student-Athlete Dual Career Program was awarded to 61 student-athletes who distinguished themselves as a result of their combined academic and athletic achievements.

But we want to do more.

More funds are needed to increase the number of scholarships available to student-athletes and to improve the services needed to ensure their academic and athletic goals.
