Giuseppe Vallone is Full Professor of Physics at the University of Padova at the Department of Information Engineering. His research is focused on quantum communication and quantum information. He has more than 130 publications in the area of quantum information. He is currently responsible for the University of Padova in several international research projects and he was Coordinator of the EU projects QUANGO and QUDICE. He is also co-founder and CTO of ThinkQuantum, a Spin-Off company of the University of Padova.
