Thanks to programs such as Erasmus, Fulbright and specific agreements, Unipd staff lecturer have the opportunity to carry out a period of course unit abroad, to encourage the exchange of skills and cultural and social enrichment, and above all to generate opportunities for discussion on course unit methodologies and exchange of good practices

Mobility abroad for staff
The project includes short stays abroad aimed at upskilling the English language and exchanging skills with colleagues from European universities
In the Imotion portal you can check which are the staff training weeks in syllabus. In addition, Unipd itself organizes staff training weeks and training/job shadowing periods at its facilities
The VIU enriches the international experience for the staff of the consortium universities, offering routes that lead to visits to other universities. Program dedicated to lecturers or technical-administrative staff of the universities participating in the Mobility Consortium, to improve their skills through training abroad
