Foundation Year - Tuition Fees
Fee amounts
Application fee: 60€. By paying a single application fee you can apply to up to two Foundation Year programmes. The application fee cannot be reduced, waived, postponed or reimbursed for any reason.
Admission fee: 1000€.
In case you are admitted to a Foundation Year, you will need to pay the admission fee in order to accept your place. The application fee cannot be waived, reduced or postponed.
The admission fee can be reimbursed only in case the student has applied for their Visa but has not obtained the Visa within the deadline to arrive in Padua (15 October).
Tuition fees: 5000€.
Tuition fees are divided into three installments.
- First installment: it corresponds to the admission fee. Once you pay the admission fee, you do not need to pay it again.
- Second installment: 2500€, to be paid within 30 November.
- Third installment: 2500€, to be paid within 28 February.
Tuition fees cannot be waived, reduced or reimbursed in any case.
Fee-waivers for future enrollment
Fee waivers are available for students who, after completing the Foundation Year, are enrolling in a Bachelor’s or Single-Cycle degree programme at the University of Padua.
These fee waivers are given at the end of the Foundation Year to its best performing students.
Payment method
Payment of all fees is processed through PagoPA.
