Candidates must independently consult the websites of the partner Universities, paying particular attention to:
- degree courses, in order to identify the courses of interest to be included in the mandatory document Annex 1 – Proposed activities to be carried out abroad.
- language requirements: the language level required for people on mobility must be checked, as well as any request for proof/certification of that level.
The destinations are available on the interactive platform: www.unipd.it/mobility-agreements.
Candidates are required to read carefully any notes provided on the portal and consult the information sheet (fact sheet) for the destinations of interest, if available in the Moodle course.
It is mandatory to select your Degree Programme from the Study field drop-down menu. The total number of months indicated on the portal (Number item) for each agreement must be divided by the number of places available (Total number item).
It is necessary to note down all the main information (for example: Erasmus code, lecturer in charge of the flow, isced/field of study) in order to select the destination correctly in Uniweb.
Students of the School of Psychology may choose two destinations, indicating priorities 1 and 2: if they are allocated a mobility place, they will be selected for only one of the two chosen destinations.
Anyone intending to apply is required to consult the websites of the Universities of interest carefully before submitting the application, in order to complete Attachment 1 – Proposal of activities to be carried out abroad. For each destination, the document must contain only the list of courses in their original title (or medium of instruction) and the number of credits for each course, where available. If the number of credits is not available or easy to find, only the title of the activity may be indicated. The activities from your own Study Plan that you intend to have recognised must not be indicated. Allocation of the mobility place is not binding either on the selected students or on the University with regard to the courses included in the proposal.
Attachments that are illegible, blank, or containing non-existent or non-selectable activities will not be taken into consideration; therefore, the application will be deemed ineligible.
Attachment 1 must be prepared independently - without the supervision of Flow Coordinators and/or Erasmus Contact Persons for the Degree Programme and/or the School Mobility Desk - and must include a workload of approximately 30 ECTS (corresponding to 30 university credits (ECTS credits)) for mobility places lasting one semester, or approximately 60 ECTS (corresponding to 60 university credits (ECTS credits)) for applications for scholarships lasting a full academic year. Draft proposals with fewer than 30 university credits (ECTS credits) per semester are permitted for students applying to undertake mobility during the 3rd year of a bachelor’s degree or the 2nd year of a master’s degree.
Anyone intending to apply to leave during the 1st year of a master’s degree must indicate, in the appropriate section within the Proposal of activities to be carried out abroad, the name of the possible future degree programme in which they intend to enrol. If this information is not provided, the application will still be considered valid, but the applicant’s position will be moved to the bottom of the merit ranking. Please also note that anyone intending to apply must choose destinations on the basis of the future master’s degree programme of interest.
Anyone who will sit any TAL (Language Proficiency Test) offered by the CLA must indicate, in the box for additional declarations, the date on which the test will take place. If this information is not provided, the additional score relating to language skills will not be awarded, even if the test has been taken.
Anyone intending also to carry out a pre-agreed thesis must attach to the application Attachment 1A signed exclusively by the Flow Coordinator and, as a supplement to that attachment, a PDF of the email with authorisation from the Erasmus/International Relations offices of the host University allowing thesis research work to be carried out at their institution, together with confirmation from the host supervisor. The emails must include the contact addresses of the offices and lecturers involved.
Please note: these students are required to check with the Flow Coordinator that the partner University allows thesis research to be carried out within the Erasmus+Study programme. If this is not possible, the relevant Call for Applications for carrying out only this activity abroad is Erasmus+Traineeship.
For the application procedure and the relevant forms, please consult the page Applying for Erasmus.
Important: Students enrolled under the current degree course regulations (qualifying degree) cannot carry out the pre-graduation traineeship abroad as part of Erasmus+Study mobility.
In addition to the general criteria set out in the Erasmus+ Study Mobility and SEMP calls for applications, there are also School-specific criteria described in the file attached in this section, which applicants are required to consult.
With regard to the agreements available on the dedicated platform, please note that the degree programme titles specified for each destination constitute a priority criterion in the allocation of places.
Applicants must read very carefully the information provided in the Information of Agreement section for each agreement.
The order of successful and eligible students in the merit ranking is determined by the priority order of destination choice. Each candidate may choose up to two different destinations, assigning them an order of priority (1, 2): the allocation of the available grants takes place by progressively considering each individual priority band.
Please note: the rankings will be published exclusively in the Erasmus+studio section and will constitute the sole means of notification.
No personal communications, either written or by telephone, will be made.
Anyone who is awarded a place must accept it in accordance with the procedures and deadlines indicated on the Accettazione posto Erasmus page.
The Learning Agreement is the official document designated for the full recognition of the educational activities carried out abroad and must be prepared exclusively by the people who have been awarded a mobility place. The instructions for completing this document online are available on the page: Presentation and submission of the Learning Agreement.
The instructions and the specific workflow for students of the School of Psychology will be provided during the webinars for successful candidates.
Within the Erasmus+Studio/SEMP Moodle course, a specific manual, examples covering the most frequent LA cases, and the list and contact details of the Degree Programme Erasmus academic coordinators responsible for assessing these documents are available.
The registration of the activity carried out abroad must be completed on the basis of the latest approved Learning Agreement and the Transcript of Records. For the conversion of foreign grades into Italian grades (out of 30) according to rules shared at European level, please consult the page Conversione dei voti e tabelle ECTS.
The recording of exams taken abroad is the responsibility of the Erasmus Contact Person for the Degree Programme. Students will be contacted by the Mobility Desk of the School of Psychology regarding the registration procedure once the office has received the certified copy of the Transcript of Records.
For information on registration procedures, students are required to consult the section Student*selezionat*>Al rientro in the Moodle course Erasmus+Studio/SEMP.
